Taylor Hicks and Ruben Studdard joined together on Sunday, June 12, 2011 to perform a benefit concert for tornado victims at Linn Park in Birmingham, AL. The concert was free, but those who attended were asked to bring canned goods to donate. There was an amazing turnout of people and canned goods! The Honorable William Bell, mayor of Birmingham officiated, then shed his jacket and joined in the fun. Preconcert warm-up was provided by Red Mountain Theatre Youth Ensemble. Awards were presented to First Responders. FUN was had by all!
